25 Hour Service

The break in service on your engine is crucial to ensuring the performance and longevity of your new boat as a whole. The PCM recommended 25 hour service includes:

• Oil Change
• Primary Fuel Filter Change
• Clean oil filler cap
• Clean sea water strainer (if applicable)
• Clean flame arrestor
• Clean crankcase ventilation system
• Check belts and tighten
• Check fuel system lines and connectors for leaks
• Check hoses for leaks and tighten
• Tighten exhaust manifold bolts
• Check transmission oil & top off
• Change V-drive oil (Aluminum units only)
• Check operation of raw water pump for proper cooling
• Lubricate throttle and shift linkage pivot points
• Tighten ground connection on block
• Spray engine down with corrision guard
• Check engine alignment and perform alignment if out of spec
• Check cooling system for leaks or damage, and tighten hose clamps
• Check engine assembly, engine mounts, starter and alternator mount fasteners
• Test run engine in shop

50 Hour Service

The 50 hour service on your engine is recommended every 50 hours of engine run time. This service includes:

• Software updates
• Oil Change
• Primary fuel filter replacement
• Clean oil filler cap
• Clean sea water strainer (if applicable)
• Clean flame arrestor
• Clean crankcase ventilation system
• Check belts and tighten
• Check fuel system lines and connectors for leaks
• Check hoses for leaks and tighten
• Change transmission fluid
• Check V-drive oil level & top off
• Check operation of raw water pump for proper cooling
• Lubricate throttle and shift linkage pivot points
• Tighten ground connection on block
• Spray engine down with corrosion guard
• Test run engine in shop

100 Hour Service

The 100 hour service, the most in-depth service we offer, includes:

• Software updates
• Engine calibration
• Change oil and filter
• Change transmission fluid
• V-drive fluid (if applicable) Inspect for leaks/ add oil if required
• Change impeller
• Change spark plugs
• Change fuel filter/filters
• Clean oil filler cap
• Clean sea water strainer (if applicable)
• Clean flame arrestor
• Clean crankcase ventilation system
• Check cap, rotor, & points (if applicable)
• Check belts and tighten
• Check fuel system lines and connectors for leaks
• Check hoses for leaks and tighten
• Check plug wiring and replace if needed
• Check engine alignment and engine mounts
• Grease rudder if zerk fitting exist
• Lubricate throttle and shift linkage pivot points
• Tighten ground connection on block
• Load Test Batteries
• Spray engine and engine mounts down with corrosion guard
• Test run engine in shop

Winterization

• Add fuel stabilizer to tank
• Oil change
• Clean raw water filter and flame arrestor
• Remove all drain plugs and hoses, drain water, and clear debris
• Remove raw water pump impeller
• Drain v-drive
• Drain ballast
• Disconnect batteries
• Drain bilge
• Spray engine down with corrosion guard

Spring Recommission

• Assemble water pump
• Charge, load test, and connect batteries
• Install all engine plugs and hoses
• Check belts, hoses, and clamps
• Check and top off all fluid levels (engine oil, transmission, v-drive)
• Check trailer lights, bearings, lugs, bunks, and tire pressure
• Check fire extinguisher
• Check steering and throttle controls
• Run boat and check for leaks

Spring Tune Up

If you do not winterize your boat each year, and decide to opt for just one annual service, the spring tune up may be for you! Arguably our most popular service, this includes work on the boat, engine, and trailer:

• Software updates
• Oil change
• Impeller change
• Check battery terminals for corrosion, clean & lubricate, charge batteries
• Check steering & controls for smooth operation
• Install ballast drain plugs when applicable
• Check belt tension
• Check all fluid levels (v-drive also when present) & top off
• Run and check for leaks
• Clean raw water filter and flame arrestor
• Check blower, bilge pump(s), horn, nav. lights & all dash switches work
• Check hatch shocks, board racks, other hardware
• Check for paddle and throw cushion
• Check fire extinguisher (12 years or older, needs replacement)
• Check stereo & speakers
• Install hull drain plug
• Inspect under water gear
• Check trailer winch strap and transom tie downs
• Check trailer bunk carpet for wear
• Check tire pressure & inspect tires for wear & cracking on the sidewalls
• Grease trailer bearings
• Check trailer brake fluid level and top off
• Check trailer lights
• Check trailer lug nuts

Oil Change

• Engine oil is recommended to be changed at least once a year, or every 50 hours.

Impeller change

• Engine impellers are recommended to be changed at least once a year, or every 50 hours.

Steering cable replacement

• Steering cables are an integral part of your boat’s driveability. Signs that your cable should replace can include, but are not limited to: tight or stiff steering, lack of response from the steering wheel, or even a complete loss of steering capabilities.

Boat inspection

• Whether it is a pre-purchase inspection or just a pre-season inspection, we can make sure your boat is ready to hit the water as soon as warmer weather arrives.

Prop repair

• Dinged props can severely inhibit your boat’s performance. From a vibration through the boat, loss of power, or even causing a mis-aligned engine, damaged props are not something to ignore!

Gel coat repair

Shrink Wrap

• Do not leave your boat unprotected during the winter! If you plan to store your boat outdoors during the offseason, shrink wrap is a great way to protect your boat from the elements.
